Fthiotis Papermill in Damasta, Lamia, Greece (El Pack Group) is one of the largest industrial production units of recycled packaging paper in Greece. Fthiotis Papermill selected Krofta for the design and supply of a new DAF unit for their paper mill. The Krofta Supracell DAF (SPC-27) is placed as pre-treatment to the wastewater treatment plant, recovers the fibers coming from the factory, and is able to treat a flowrate of 6000 m³/day achieving around 95% of TSS removal.
