Efficient TSS Removal with ADT and Zero-Velocity Zone
- Introduction of Aerated Water: The patented Air Dissolving Tube (ADT) plays a key role by introducing microbubbles into the water. These microbubbles attach to suspended solids, ensuring efficient flotation and separation.
- Zero-Velocity Zone: The Supracell system features an innovative zero-velocity zone, balancing untreated water flow with a counter-rotating carriage. This equilibrium allows fine air bubbles to optimally attach to suspended solids, lifting them to the surface to form a concentrated sludge blanket.
