Krofta’s trusted partner, Aquakimia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, successfully integrated a Krofta Supracell DAF (SPC-15) unit at one of the largest edible oil refinery plants in Dumai, Sumatra, Indonesia. The DAF system achieves over 95% removal of FOG, significantly enhancing the plant's wastewater treatment efficiency.

Following FOG removal, the treated water flows into the existing aeration tank, which has been upgraded to a state-of-the-art MBR system. By combining Krofta DAF technology with the MBR upgrade, the wastewater treatment plant now handles up to 250% of its original capacity—all without increasing the aeration tank’s footprint.
