Krofta is proud to announce the launch of the Krofta Rental Division Europe, marking a major step in expanding flexible, short-term clarification and solids-liquid separation solutions across the European market.

This new rental offering is made possible through a strategic investment by Krofta’s shareholders Waterleau Group, SFPIM (Belgium’s Federal Investment and Holding Company), and Ethias, Belgium’s third-largest insurance group, via the newly established Waterleau International Finance Vehicle (WIFV).

Enabling flexibility in water and wastewater treatment

Through WIFV, Waterleau and its financial partners support two complementary objectives:

• Long-term, off-balance financing for capital-intensive industrial and public water infrastructure projects

• Short-term, flexible rental solutions, offered under the Krofta brand, enabling rapid deployment of proven clarification technology without upfront capital investment

For industrial clients, this means access to high-performance Krofta DAF technology exactly when and where it is needed — without long procurement cycles or balance-sheet pressure.

Largest mobile DAF fleet in the US – Europe next

Krofta already operates the largest mobile DAF fleet in the United States, supporting customers with temporary capacity, emergency response and pilot installations. With the launch of the Krofta Rental Division Europe, Krofta’s ambition is clear: to replicate this proven success model across Europe.

To support this growth, the European containerized Krofta fleet will be significantly expanded in 2026, with:

• 12 new containerized Krofta DAF units

• 6 additional pre- and post-treatment containers

Designed for real-world operational needs

Krofta rental solutions are ideally suited for:

• Temporary or emergency capacity increases

• Seasonal flow or load fluctuations

• Planned maintenance or system shutdowns

• Interim solutions during plant upgrades or construction
